JabaSupport is sold as one-time message packs. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. A pack adds a fixed number of AI replies to your balance and extends your active window by a set number of days.
Except where required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable after a message pack is purchased.
We do not provide refunds for used or partially used message packs.
Unused message balance does not expire while your active window is open, but unused messages and unused days have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash.
If you were charged incorrectly (for example, a duplicate charge or a clear billing error), contact support@jabasupport.com and we will review your case in good faith.
